What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected

Participants and institutions who register for Osgood Center programs or who contact us for information voluntarily provide us with contact information or personal information required for access to secured locations. We may use this information for specific, limited to purposes related to Osgood programming. Personal information will be securely discarded after use.

IP addresses

The Osgood Center will not use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server for statistical metrics or to track website visitor traffic.

How Your Information May Be Used

We use your personal information to provide you with personalized service and to comply with security requirement for entry to certain organizations (DOD, the State Department or embassies, for example), to send e-mail alerts to you; to answer your requests; etc. You may choose to opt out, but entry may be denied.
