Hotel Cancellation Policy
Due to the cost incurred to the Osgood Center on last minute hotel cancellations, the Osgood Center requires hotel payment to be made in full at least 30 days prior to check-in date. Reservations may be dropped if payment is not made by this deadline. Please contact Shelton Williams at swilliams@osgoodcenter.org for any questions or concerns on payment method and procedures.
Alternative Housing Options
Listed below are alternative housing options students may pursue in order to reduce costs, including AirBnB and various hostel options. Please be aware that the Osgood Center cannot attest to the safety of housing options outside of the contracted hotels listed above. Students must be aware of the risks apparent when using Airbnb and other lower cost housing options. The Osgood Center is not responsible for any losses incurred when reserving alternative housing outside of Osgood booking. During the summer, many local colleges and universities also rent space in their living facilities, although they tend to fill quickly.
